Socks

Why did I wear these girly pink ankle socks today with my converse high tops? They keep slipping down to the sole of my foot and I can't even pull them up! If only I had wore different socks today would have been a lot more bearable. 

I only had 2 classes and they were spread out 5 hours apart. At first I thought it'd be fun to have so much time on my own but it's not fun at all. I was so sleepy I could've passed out on the stairs if I tried. But my friend dragged me to the library which, needless to say, was dead silent. For those long, boring hours we did the following:

• ate
• read
• saw that cute boy ONCE ONLY
• walked around
• went to the garden
• looked for our next classes

Again, it's quite obvious that the first few weeks will pass just like this. I don't want to get into the habit of not having anything to do so I'm going to get my textbooks and actually read them starting tomorrow. Probably.

Next week on Tuesday I have the same schedule so I might just do my knitting while I read my texts or something like that. I don't really know yet but it's boring to do nothing for 5 hours. I could also work out with the boys but they are boys. I'll join a club or something. I really don't know. There's a lot of things I could do but I don't know about them and how to do them and all that. I need to find a friend to do things with. 

First thing I have to do tomorrow is go to the bank and either get about 500 in cash or ask them the drop my limit for the day because I need to buy books. On Saturday I need to ask Rico about my pay check because I checked in my account and I didn't get any money transferred into there. Oh and I need to buy tickets for UFest (I'm so stoked for this you don't even know) tomorrow as well. I don't have a class tomorrow at all because there isn't any need for a lab (the only thing on my schedule for Fridays) so I'm pretty much free all weekend! I might go to the soccer game though, to cheer on the Cougars! 

I didn't see my cousin today nor did I see my coworker who also attends this university. Today was really tiring and boring! I hope life gets more exciting because if this keeps up, I'll be sleeping in every class and every spare and all day and all night. 

It's 9:10 right now so I'm going to go to bed. I have to get back into that habit now because getting up at 6 is not fun at all! And I need to get used to getting up before the sunrise because 8:00AM classes will be dark and cold. Coming home at 6:00PM will also be cold and not to mention dark. Good thing three boys are there to protect little ol' me. Just kidding, I'd probably whoop the bad guys' asses before those 3 even know what happened. 

Oh! Today at the train station while we were coming back, there was a mob of people dressed in white. I wonder what that's all about.
